Mount Prospect resident Krista Mihigan stopped by Mrs. Jorgenson’s class to discuss Veterans Day and brought military items for the class to see.  Mrs. Mihigan’s brother is currently serving in the armed forces.  Special Forces Medic Gordon is a Green Beret.  Mrs. Mihigan’s husband was a Marine and her father was in the U.S. Air Force.  She showed the class various uniforms and explained the contents of care packages that military families send.  Thank you to those who have served and those who are currently serving in the armed forces.
